Fire Damages Townhomes in Northeast Philly

Firefighters battled a fire that spread to several units at a townhome complex in Northeast Philadelphia Sunday afternoon.

The two-alarm fire started shortly before 4 p.m. on the 3500 block of Woodhaven Road and was placed under control by responding firefighters at 4:19 p.m. None of the residents were injured.

Officials have not determined the cause of the blaze though neighbors told NBC10 a child lit a bush on fire and the flames spread to the townhouses.
