Authorities say a 5-year-old boy who was accidentally run over by his father at their South Jersey home has died from his injuries.
The death was announced Wednesday, one day after the accident happened occurred in Egg Harbor Township.
New Jersey man pulling a trailer with his pickup truck accidentally ran over his 5-year-old son, who was driving a toy tractor.
Police say 35-year-old Thomas Kinzer was pulling a trailer with his pickup truck from the back of the property while his son played in the front. Police say Kinzer did not see his son and ran over him with his truck.
The boy was flown by helicopter to a hospital, where he later died.
