Ex-Cop Convicted of Sharing Information with Drug Dealer Husband

A former New Jersey police officer has been convicted of leaking intelligence information to her husband, who police say was part of a large drug ring.

Former Camden County Officer Ashley Bailey was convicted Wednesday of official misconduct.

The 31-year-old was convicted of sharing information from a long-term drug investigation with people it targeted. That included her husband, Edwin Ingram, who later died.

She faces up to 10 years in prison when she is sentenced Dec. 15.

Her brother-in-law, Nathan Ingram, was also convicted for his role in the drug ring. He faces life in prison.
