An elderly customer of the McDonald's Restaurant, at Governor's Square Shopping Center in Bear, Del. was robbed and assaulted on Oct. 28, while waiting for his food, according to the Delaware State Police.
The 82-year-old man was visiting the area from Virginia. He says he felt someones hand inside his pants pocket and when he tried to pull away, he was pushed to the ground, according to police.
The suspect grabbed the Virginia man's money, ran out of the McDonald's and took off on a black bike.
The victim suffered minor injuries.
