An 82-year old North Philadelphia man was arrested Monday for allegedly killing a neighborhood handyman.
It happened on the 26-hundred block of Ingersoll Street. Family members identified the victim as 51-year old Kenny Butts of North 25th Street. According to investigators, Butts was shot in the mouth.
Neighbors told NBC10 the alleged shooter believed Butts was involved with his girlfriend.
The elderly suspect has not been identified.
