Shawna Hannon and Pedro Ortiz were finally married on Friday at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Their ceremony came after 10 years of togetherness and marked the end of a week-long struggle to obtain a marriage license before Ortiz undergoes a risky heart surgery.
