A dump truck spilled a load of debris onto Interstate 95 Wednesday morning.
The crash slowed northbound traffic near Bridge Street in the Tacony section of Philadelphia around 9:30 a.m.
Traffic got by on the right shoulder but expect delays in the area.
The driver didn't suffer major injuries, according to dispatchers.
It wasn’t clear what caused the truck to flip.
