Dog Freezes to Death Outside Philly Home

Officials are investigating the death of a dog that was found frozen outside a home in Philadelphia.

Humane law enforcement officers say they were executing a search warrant at a property at 3061 North Water Street when they found a dog that had froze to death after being left outside overnight.
