Police shot and killed a dog that they say was attacking a woman and her pet in Philadelphia Tuesday night.
Police responded to the 1500 block of Dickinson Street where they spotted the dog attacking the woman and her pet. One of the officers then shot and killed the dog.
The woman, who suffered a dog bite, was taken to the hospital. None of the officers were injured during the incident.
