A police chase ended in a crash Wednesday afternoon leaving four people injured, according to officials.
Police were chasing a man wanted for aggravated assault when the accident happened at 46th and Spruce Streets in West Philadelphia.
One police car and three other vehicles were involved, police said.
Two officers were taken to the hospital and are in stable condition, according to police.
The suspect, who police said has 17 prior arrests, was in custody again Wednesday night..
