Dover Police have arrested a man after officers say they saw him conduct two drug transactions. Authorities say a raid on his home netted 591 bags of heroin.
Police say about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, officers saw Eric Gray conduct two drug transactions on New Castle Avenue and arrested him.
Investigators obtained a search warrant for Gray's home and seized 591 bags of heroin and $2,724 in assumed drug proceeds.
Gray, 22, is charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin and other offenses.
