A Delaware County mom is wanted for locking her teenage son, who is mentally impaired, out in freezing temperatures.
A warrant is out for 34-year-old Karima Tolbert, of Hartley Road in East Lansdowne, for recklessly endangering her 18-year-old son, police said.
The incident occurred Jan. 6, when wind chills fell to 2 degrees, investigators said.
The teenager, who is OK, is currently staying with other family members, officials said.
