Delaware authorities have announced an arrest in a drug case involving the discovery of more than $17,000 in drug proceeds.
The Delaware State Police announced Saturday that the FBI Task Force charged Juan Ruiz-Espinosa, of Wilmington, Delaware, with possession of heroin, cocaine, as well as drug dealing and resisting arrest.
The proceeds were discovered during the exercise of a search warrant on Thursday. The search resulted in the discovery of 43 grams of heroin and 17 grams of crack cocaine.
Ruiz-Espinosa has been arraigned and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution in default of $143,100 in bail.
