Delaware State Police charged a Bridgeville man with raping an 11-year-old relative repeatedly over a year's time.
Benjamin Charleston Jr., 55, was arrested Wednesday and charged with 18 counts of rape and other offenses. He is being held on $462,500 secured bail.
Troopers say the child reported the alleged abuse to family members after Charleston was asked to leave their home, where he had been living.
