Rescue crews used the jaws of life to free a victim trapped in one of two vehicles involved in a crash on the Garden State Parkway Wednesday night.
It happened shortly before 7 p.m. on the southbound side of the Parkway at the intersection of Crest Haven Road in Cape May Court House, New Jersey.
Police said the two vehicles collided when one of them was trying to make a turn at the intersection. The turning vehicle was rear-ended.
One of the drivers was trapped and had to be extricated. That driver is in critical condition. The other driver sustained minor injuries.
