Comcast Buys French Ad Video Tech Company for Over $100M: Reports

Comcast has acquired French ad video tech company StickyAds.tv, according to two reports.

The Philadelphia-based media giant has not confirmed the deal but Business Insider expects a formal announcement Monday.

A source outside the company told Business Insider the deal was all-cash and worth at least $100 million.

Business Insider describes Sticky Ads, which started in 2009, as a “supply-side platform (SSP) that specializes in helping publishers and TV broadcasters sell their video advertising inventory, both online and on TV.”
