Classes just started at one New Jersey college, but trouble is already stirring on campus.
The College of New Jersey issued a warning Thursday about a sexual predator who allegedly attacked a female student at knife point.
School officials tell NBC Philadelphia that the student was walking alone near Forcina Hall in Ewing, when she was approached by a man with a knife, just before 1 a.m. Wednesday.
The victim described the suspect as a black male with a deep voice and a stutter. He was allegedly wearing a black sweatshirt and dark clothing.
It's not known if the attacker was a student at the college or if there will be heightened security on campus, but school officials are asking students to be vigilant and travel in groups at night.
