Christie's South Jersey Town Hall Dogged by Hecklers

Six hecklers were ejected from Gov. Chris Christie's town hall in Burlington County.

Police removed Rowan University student Michael Brein after he began shouting about the distribution of Superstorm Sandy aid.

The 19-year-old says he's affiliated with the left-leaning Working Family Alliance, one of the groups that appeared to loosely coordinate the protest.

Five others were escorted out after yelling about a political payback scandal ensnaring Christie's administration and other matters.

Christie said the critics were seeking attention.

The governor has been dogged by the scandal that has raised questions about his chances in a potential 2016 presidential race.

This was his most disruptive town hall, though most of the audience remained supportive.

A retired truck driver who Christie called on to ask the final question apologized for the demonstrators.
