Christie Returns to Airwaves with “Ask the Governor”

Chris Christie is returning to local airwaves following a post-election national media blitz.

Christie will make his monthly appearance on 101.5 FM's "Ask the Governor" call-in radio program Thursday evening.

The appearance comes after Republicans swept the midterm elections, including many big wins in competitive gubernatorial races.

Christie is chair of the Republican Governors Association and had spent much of his time in recent months fundraising and stumping on behalf of Republican candidates.

He took a victory lap Wednesday morning with appearances on NBC's "Today" show, ABC's "Good Morning America," CBS's "This Morning," Fox News and CNN.

His wins earned him praise from his party and helped secure his status as a national leader as he mulls a run for president in 2016.
