An SUV slammed into a child Wednesday morning in Philadelphia’s Mayfair neighborhood, police said.
The crash occurred near Cottman and Rowland avenues around 6:30 a.m., according to police.
Initially, police said the child was pinned, but later said they had been taken to a local hospital.
The child's condition remains unknown.
