There will be an increased police presence at Cherry Hill High School East in Cherry Hill, New Jersey Monday after a juvenile was arrested for allegedly threatening the school.
Cherry Hill Police say they were notified Sunday about a threatening text message involving Cherry Hill High School East that had circulated on social media. Investigators later arrested a juvenile in connection to the threat and say he or she has been charged with one count of “making a false public alarm.”
Despite the arrest, officials say there will still be an increased police presence at Cherry Hill High School East Monday as well as continued police patrols at all Cherry Hill schools.
