Bonnie Sweeten's father attacked a group of photographers as he was leaving the courthouse Thursday.
William Sinner walked out of the courtroom after his daughter's guilty plea and sentencing, and he walked straight into a crowd of lights, cameras and questions.
Something set him off and he charged into the group, attacking NBC10 Photographer Greg Durgin.
Police detained Siner after the scuffle. Then they took him to the hospital to be treated for a diabetic issue and could face charges.
The photographers were treated at the scene.
