Vandals targeted cars parked along the 1700 and 1800 blocks of South 19th Street in Point Breeze early Wednesday.
Four cars were spray painted and one of them was also egged, according to Philadelphia Police.
NBC10 is in the neighborhood talking to residents about the vandalism and gathering more information from investigators.
