A car hit a woman along a Philadelphia street Wednesday morning.
The incident occurred near Richmond Street and Castor Avenue in the Port Richmond section of the city around 7 a.m., according to officials.
Crews rushed the victim to Temple University Hospital in stable condition.
Authorities shutdown a portion of Richmond Street Wednesday morning while they investigated.
