A woman is being transported to a local hospital after the car she was in fell off I-95 near Grant Avenue Tuesday morning.
The car allegedly fell off of the highway in the Torresdale section of the city and landed on Grant Avenue and James Street around 6:30.
The victim was rushed to Aria Health's Torresdale campus. No word on her condition.
Traffic on 95 was not delayed, but Grant Avenue between James Street and Ethan Hall Lane was closed for a short time.
The road has since reopened.
