UPDATE: the Delaware State Police confirmed Saturday evening that the crash scene was cleared and the highway reopened.

An overturned utility truck caught fire and was causing delays through a portion of Interstate 95 in Delaware Saturday morning.

The Delaware State Police responded and closed all lanes of the highway from Naamans and Harvey roads. Motorists were advised to take alternate routes like Interstate 495 due to “heavy delays in the area."

It was unclear what caused the truck to overturn.
