Motorists should expect delays because of maintenance work on the Schuylkill Expressway in Lower Merion.
Pennsylvania's Transportation Department says the right lane will be closed on Interstate 76 east between Belmont Avenue and City Avenue from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday.
The westbound right lane will be closed from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Interstate 76 west is scheduled to close at the 30th Street exit (exit 345) in Philadelphia from 9:00 PM Tuesday, June 9 to 5:00 AM Wednesday, June 10 for deck repairs, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced Monday.
Expect more traffic troubles on the Schuylkill this week. During overnight construction from 9 p.m. Tuesday to 5 a.m. Wednesday, I-76 west will be detoured off the expressway at the 30th Street Exit, and then will follow Schuylkill Avenue to the on-ramp to I-76 west.
