UPDATE: Delaware State Police identified the missing man as Miguel Angel Del Valle.
Crews suspended a search overnight for a young man who went missing in a Delaware creek.
The unidentified man went missing in the Brandywine Creek off North Park Drive – not far from the Brandywine Zoo – Monday afternoon around 4 but wasn’t reported missing until just before 8 p.m., New Castle County Dispatchers said.
Crews searched the area until about 11 p.m., dispatchers said.
No word yet on the person’s identity or when the search will resume.
