Wilmington Police have charged a man and a 13-year-old boy in a shooting during a robbery.
Officers say on Dec. 4, a person was shot in the arm on West 2nd Street. Investigators identified two suspects and they were arrested.
Twenty-three-year-old Qy-mere Maddrey of New Castle and the 13-year-old are both charged with attempted robbery and weapons and conspiracy offenses.
