A Delaware couple is facing charges Monday morning in a horrible case of child abuse.
Pedro Rivera and his girlfriend, Megan Brazell, are each charged with abuse and neglect.
Police found Rivera’s 11-year-old son burned, bleeding and bruised in the couple's apartment Saturday.
The child had to be hospitalized for his injuries.
