Bancroft has acquired Independence Rehabilitation Services of Cherry Hill to expand services through its Bancroft NeuroRehab division.
Bancroft purchased Independence Rehab, which opened in 1994, from owner Joan Roush.
Roush, a practicing physical therapist for the past 40 years, has joined Bancroft as senior vice president of Bancroft NeuroRehab. In addition, all 25 clinicians, nurse case managers and practice management staff are now employees of Bancroft.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
