A baby boy who fell out of a moving vehicle and was hit by another has succumbed to his injuries.
22-month-old Jasir Clark was involved in a wild accident last Sunday on Fox Street in North Philadelphia.
Police say the child was in the backseat of a Chevy Trailblazer, unrestrained, when the SUV made a left turn causing him to fall out of the car and onto the street. He was then run over by another vehicle.
Witnesses say the driver of the SUV picked him up and drove him to Temple Hospital where he remained in critical condition until he was pronounced dead on Tuesday.
Police continue to investigate the incident. So far no one has been charged.
