Authorities say a northern New Jersey man sent naked pictures of himself online to a young girl and asked her to have sex with her girlfriend while he watched
The Jersey Journal reports that 37-year-old Peter Griffo, of Carlstadt, made his initial court appearance Wednesday. His bail was set at $100,000 cash.
Authorities say the girl Griffo allegedly contacted was under the age of 16, but did not disclose further details. They say Griffo knew the girl was a juvenile and that he asked if he could join the couple in their sexual tryst.
A telephone number for Griffo could not be located Wednesday afternoon, and it was not known if he had retained a lawyer.
