Delaware Man Charged with Arson in House Fire That Caused $250K in Damage

A man has been charged with intentionally setting a fire that caused $250,000 in damage to a Delaware home.

Christopher Unruh, of Wilmington, has been charged with Arson and Reckless Endangering.

Unruh is accused of intentionally starting a fire that caused $250,000 in damage to a home on Weldin Park Drive in Wilmington on Monday.

There were no injuries.

The motive behind the accused arson is not yet known.

Unruh has been arraigned and released on $7,000 unsecured bail.
