A group of armed men broke into a Philadelphia home early Friday morning and shot a man before taking off with cash and a cell phone.
At least four suspects entered the house on the 2900 block of Nicholas Street in the city's Brewerytown neighborhood through a side window around 8 a.m., police said.
A man, who was home when the invasion occurred, was shot once in each leg, officials said.
The robbers than took off with $300 and a cell phone, running out the victim's front door, investigators said.
Medics rushed the victim to Temple University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
