How to Watch Aretha Franklin's Funeral Online

The music legend will be celebrated at her funeral Aug. 31 in her hometown, Detroit

Come back Friday at 10 a.m. for NBC's live coverage of Aretha Franklin's funeral service.

Aretha Franklin's funeral will be held Friday in her hometown of Detroit. And though the invitations have been limited to the Queen of Soul's family and friends, you can watch it online here.

The funeral is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. It will be held at Greater Grace Temple in Detroit; live coverage should begin shortly before that time.

An all-star lineup will perform, including Ariana Grande, Stevie Wonder, Jennifer Hudson, Fantasia, Faith Hill, Shirley Caesar, Chaka Khan and more.

Many of the performers will reflect Franklin's history in gospel music. Gospel artists Marvin Sapp and Vanessa Bell Armstrong are scheduled to perform.

Besides performers, speakers include former President Bill Clinton, the Rev. Jesse Jackson and Smokey Robinson.
