A person was struck and killed by an Amtrak train in Chester County, Wednesday night.
The victim was struck by a train near the Devon Train Station on North Devon Boulevard and Lancaster Avenue in Devon, Pennsylvania and later died from his or her injuries. The victim has not yet been identified.
SEPTA's Regional Rail Service was briefly suspended on the Paoli-Thorndale Line due to the incident. Service was later restored.
