Authorities in Delaware have canceled an Amber Alert issued two days ago because of a lack of evidence, but say they're continuing to investigate.
On Wednesday, Delaware State Police say they terminated an Amber Alert issued Tuesday night over the supposed abduction of a girl off of a street in Newark, Del.
Two girls told New Castle County Police on Tuesday they witnessed the girl walking down the Albion Drive when she was grabbed by a man and pulled into a vehicle.
The vehicle was described as a white SUV with tinted rear windows and a roof rack being driven by a man in his 30s.
After two days, however, police received no tips or reports of a missing child.
New Castle County Police will continue to investigate the situation, Delaware State Police said. They ask anyone with additional information to call 911.
