An eastern Pennsylvania man has been fatally stabbed while visiting his grandmother.
An autopsy was set Friday on the body of 25-year-old Hector Roman-Rodriguez. The Lehigh County coroner has already said, however, that the victim was stabbed and died at Sacred Heart Hospital.
Allentown police say that happened while Roman-Rodriguez was at his grandmother's home. Assistant Police Chief Gail Struss says the stabbing wasn't a random act, but didn't provide other details.

Neighbors say at least one other man was in the apartment when Roman-Rodriguez was stabbed about 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
Authorities haven't said if the other man was involved or whether they have a suspect in custody.
