One woman is in the hospital after a shooting in the Grays Ferry section of the city.
It happened Thursday morning inside a home on the 1500 block of South Stanley Street.
A source tells NBC 10 that two men with ski masks broke into the home, ordered two women downstairs and tied one of the women up.The source also says two young children were upstairs during the home invasion.
"I woke up and there were two men in my house saying that they were the police," said the woman who was tied up. "They had masks on, they had gloves on. They kept asking where the money was. We kept telling them we didn't have any money."
The woman claims that her friend, a woman in her 20's, tried to fight off the robbers but was shot in the back. The alleged gunmen then fled the scene.
The woman who suffered the gunshot wound was taken to the hospital where her condition is unknown. No one else was injured in the incident.
Police are waiting for a warrant to search the home and continue their investigation.
