A New York woman is dead after her car collided with the back of a tractor-trailer in Cherry Hill Thursday morning.
The accident happened around 6:30 a.m. on the New Jersey Turnpike southbound ramp to the Walt Whitman Service Area.
Police say 41-year-old Ginger Dokie drove her black lincoln town car into the back of a tractor-trailer parked in a rest stop. Police are unsure of what caused Dokie to drive into the vehicle.
Dokie was dead at the scene while the male driver of the tractor-trailer was flown to Cooper University Hospital. He is currently in critical condition.
