Lunchtime Hit and Run Leaves Woman Critical

A woman is in critical condition after she was hit by a car during her lunchbreak on Thursday.

Binh Tsan and Michael Medina, both 25, were crossing at Ranaldo Terrace on the westbound side of Rt. 70 in Cherry Hill when they were hit by a car traveling on the shoulder at a high speed.

The car made no attempt to stop, witnesses tell police.

Medina was grazed by the car, but was not hurt in the incident.

Tsan was transported to Cooper Trauma where she remains in critical condition.

Police are describing the vehicle as light silver or gold, possibly a Pontiac Grand Prix. Police say the windows are tinted.
