An arrest has been made in a string of dumpster fires dating back to mid-April. Police say there have been 10 fires set in several different locations in Northeast Philadelphia.
The most recent fire was set on May 21 on the 44-hundred block of Frankford Avenue.
Noelle Bilbrough, of the 1600 block of Pratt Street, was arrested the next day. The 36-year-old was charged with ten incidents of arson and related offenses.
