Wife, 2 Others Arrested After Husband's Murder

Man was found bludgeoned to death along a Montgomery County road

The wife of a Montgomery County man found bludgeoned to death was arrested and charged with lying to police after her husband's murder and with hindering apprehension.

Detectives are investigating Armando Orlante's death as a possible murder for hire, according to Upper Merion Police Sgt. Jeffrey Maurer.

Along with the wife, Delia Hernandez, police arrested two unidentified men that they're holding on immigration charges and also questioning about Olante's murder.

Olante, 32, and a father of three, was beaten to death according to court documents. His body was found near a road in the Brandywine Village section of Upper Merion Township, Pa. during the early hours of April 9 by a dog walker.

His wife told police Armando never returned home from work the day before his body was discovered, according to court documents.

Hernandez, 27, allegedly made several cell phone calls before her husband's body was found -- calls she didn't tell police about, but that investigators say they later tracked through a cell tower in Upper Merion.
