Matthew Homan has been named the new General Manager of the Wells Fargo Center.
The decision was announced by Comcast-Spectator in a released statement on Thursday.
Homan is relocating to Philadelphia from Des Moines, Iowa along with his wife and three children.
He replaces Tim Murphy, a 30-year veteran in the facility management industry.
Murphy has been promoted to Regional Vice President with Global Spectrum, which operates the Center.
Homan is a 14-year Global Spectrum employee. He began his career at the Spectrum as a part-time box office ticket seller.
He oversaw the four-facility Iowa Events Center while living in Des Moines.
