An accused intoxicated driver is jailed after a deadly hit-and-run along a busy suburban Philadelphia road.
Duane Davis, 53, faces homicide by vehicle, DUI and reckless driving charges for the early Saturday morning crash along County Line Road near Upper State Road, Warrington Township police said.
Police didn't name the person killed.
Officers arrested Davis at his Telford, Pennsylvania, home after the 2:04 a.m. incident, police said.
A Bucks County judge arraigned Davis Saturday morning and set bail at 10% of $500,000.
Davis remained jailed, unable to post bail, Saturday. Online court records don’t list an attorney who could comment on his behalf.
