WATCH: Robbers Attack Woman for Cellphone

Police are on the hunt for three men who were caught on camera brutally attacking a woman while trying to steal her cell phone.

The 23-year-old woman was walking home from work on July 27 around 11:35 p.m. As she arrived at her home on the 1500 block of North 18th Street, she was approached by three unidentified men.

The men began to punch her while demanding that she give up her iPhone. After numerous failed attempts to grab the phone, the suspects fled north on 18th Street towards Cecil B. Moore Avenue.

The woman was taken to Temple University hospital where she was treated for abrasions and contusions to her face.

Police say all three suspects are between the ages of 18 and 21. The first suspect is described as a thin man weighing 160 pounds and standing between 5-foot-5 and 5-foot=8 with shoulder length dreadlocks with possible blonde in them. He was last seen wearing a green printed tank top, dark-colored pants and had tattoos on his arms and neck.

The second suspect is described as a thin man weighing 150 pounds and standing between 5-foot-5 and 5-foot-8 with a Caesar haircut. He was last seen wearing blue sweatpants and a white t-shirt.

Police have not released a detailed description of the third suspect but say he was wearing a blue Nike shirt.
