The emergency travel ban made by the Atlantic County Office of Emergency Preparedness expired at noon today. That's good news if you have cabin fever (or are out of milk and toliet paper) -- but be extremely careful, because some roadways may still be snowy or icy.
A state of emergency remains in effect in Atlantic County until further notice.
About 4,000 residents remain without power in Atlantic County, down from 22,000 residents.
