If you’re trying to get into Philadelphia this morning, your best bet is to avoid the Roosevelt Expressway.
There’s a massive delay Southbound on the Roosevelt Expressway because of an accident that has all lanes shut down.
The delays begin before you even get down to 9th street and go all the way down to right before you get to the Schuylkill Expressway.
Southbound Roosevelt Expressway is closed between Fox St. and the Ridge Ave./Kelly Dr. on ramp.
There are a number of emergency crews there on the scene.
