Nearly a dozen vehicles were left undrivable on Wednesday morning after a tire slasher struck on a Frankford block.
Residents of the 5800 block of Akron Street awoke to find 11 vehicles parked in a rear driveway had their tires punctured, Philadelphia Police said.
Officers are at the scene and investigating.
There was no immediate word on a suspect.
